A. Provide operational support for the formulation of Strategic Plan
- Provide research support for the assessment and analysis of the industry and technological trends, competitor plans and market dynamics in related and unrelated areas of business to provide inputs on Market Opportunities and Market Threats
- Provide operational support for the assessment and analysis of the internal environment to provide inputs on Competitive Strengths and internal Competitive Weaknesses
- Provide operational support for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) process at the apex level of the Group
- Provide operational support for Group-level 3-Year Strat Plan based on (1) to (4) above, through a number of Strategic Initiatives (SIs) and Operational Actions (OAs)
- Provide operational support for Group-level Annual Operating Plan (AOP) based on detailed work for the first year of 3-year window as at (5) above.
B. Planning - Ensure effective deployment of 3-Year Strat Plan and AOP through Business Reviews
- Provide operational support for the Quarterly update of Enterprise Risk Register and track actions at the Group level.
- Provide operational support for Monthly Business Review (MBR) with thought-through presentation templates and appropriate data presentation techniques, covering AOP information and data.
- Provide operational support for the MBRs through effective calendar management, timely and accurate data update, and participation of appropriate leaders.
- Track actions agreed (ATRs) in the MBRs for timely fulfilment.
- Bring to the attention of the apex body, any risk, opportunity or threat, deviation or delay, that may affect the 3-Year Strat Plan and AOP.
